Monthly Done-For-You Bookkeeping

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You don’t have the time or interest in doing your own bookkeeping.

You need to have dependable financial information to make smart business decisions.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Categorizing all incoming and outgoing transactions

  • Monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations so no transactions get left behind

  • Email support throughout the month

  • Monthly easy-to-understand reports sent to your inbox by the 15th of the following month

  • Recording of loan transaction breakdown

  • Annual 1099 filing

Fees start at $275/month.

Catch-Up Bookkeeping

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

Time got away from you so you’re way behind on your bookkeeping. Whether it’s this year or multiple years, this is the right one for you.

You created a Quickbooks account but you haven’t had time to get it caught up. (An initial review is required along with $100 fee in order to propose the project. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied to your first invoice.)

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Categorize and/or organize all incoming and outgoing transactions

  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations so no transactions get left behind

  • Easy-to-understand reports at the end of the catch up period

  • Recording of loan transaction breakdown

Fees start at $175/month.

Quarterly Checkup

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You are doing the bookkeeping yourself but want a professional on your side to check over your transactions and reconcile your accounts.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Review your transactions for accuracy

  • Transaction reclassification and adjustments, as necessary

  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations so no transactions get left behind

  • Quarterly easy-to-understand reports sent to your inbox by the 20th of the following month

  • Email support throughout the month

  • Recording of loan transactions

  • Annual 1099 filing

Fees start at $585/quarter (billed monthly).

Consultation Meeting via Zoom

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You have questions about:

  • Setting up a business

  • Hobby vs Business

  • Reorganizing your business

  • Business entity type: Sole Proprietor, Single Member LLC, Partnership, S Corp, C Corp

  • Bookkeeping process review

  • Sales tax

  • DIY Bookkeeping

Fees is $150/hour (1 hour minimum charge). Fee is due when appointment is scheduled.

Services and fees are customizable to fit your needs.

Fees are based on transaction volume, complexity, e-commerce involvement and additional services provided.

Additional service options include, but are not limited to: Monthly or Quarterly check-in meetings, payroll processing, sales tax, specialized reports, etc.
